The Basics - Aircraft, Crews and Instrumentation

Before the season starts I want to tell you, or at least show you where to go, about our hurricane aircraft, crews, instrumentation, etc. All of this is explained in some detail in my 2008 hurricane blog so click on the link and peruse my old site for that information. This should keep you occupied for a spell while I gather some information together regarding some very exciting work we are doing with regard to air quality studies in the Los Angeles basin and adjoining valleys to the east and north of there as well as the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
